The new found footage horror movie is releasing on October 13, 2026, taking viewers into the Pine Barrens for a documentary investigation that uncovers something lurking deep in the wilderness.
Creature of the Pines follows the investigation into the disappearances around Pine Hollow, with the documentary crew venturing into the woods to figure out what happened, and the deeper they go, the more it becomes clear that they may have stumbled across something that doesn’t particularly want to be found.
The movie comes from directors Chris Ruppert and Tyler Transue, and it has already made the festival rounds, including a screening at Panic Fest 2026, and will be available to stream October 13, 2026, making it another one to add to the growing pile of horror releases arriving just in time for Halloween.
